Tennessee will host Florida State on Dec. 1 at Food City Center as part of the 2026 SEC/ACC Challenge, ESPN announced Friday.
Game time and television information will be released at a later date.
Tennessee holds a 5-4 advantage all-time against Florida State, though the programs have met only once since the 1988-89 season.
Tennessee owns a 4-1 record against the Seminoles in Knoxville, while Florida State won the lone meeting in Tallahassee.

Their most recent meeting came on Nov. 29, 2019, when Florida State earned a 60-57 victory at the Emerald Coast Classic in Niceville, Florida. The Seminoles went on to capture the ACC championship that season.
The Volunteers are 1-2 in the SEC/ACC Challenge, which debuted during the 2023-24 season.
Against other ACC competition, Tennessee owns a 10-2 record against current conference members since the start of the 2021-22 campaign.
