Tennessee has unveiled its updated Dark Mode football uniforms as part of the university’s new partnership with adidas.
The alternate black uniforms, first introduced in 2009 before returning in 2021. It has since become associated with some of the program’s marquee home games and night atmospheres at Neyland Stadium.
The latest version features several updated design elements that align with Tennessee’s new football uniform system.
Like the traditional orange and white uniforms, the Dark Mode jerseys include a redesigned number font that blends the program’s classic block style with a more modern look. Tennessee’s creative team collaborated with adidas designers over several months to develop the updated typography.
The uniforms also feature a Power T logo centered on the front collar inside a subtle circular design. Tennessee’s “I Will Give My All” slogan appears on the inside collar in its traditional script, while the pants retain the program’s signature striping.
